To enter the Mommy Fuel Monthly Giveaway, you must provide your name, email and mailing address on the entry form below. Your mailing address is provided for the purpose of shipping prizes only. Entries will be accepted beginning 8am EST on the first day of each month and until 8pm EST on the last day of each month.  One (1) winner, who will be picked at random by Mommy Fuel on the last day of each month, will receive that month’s giveaway. Depending on sponsors, the total value and number of items will change each month.  The winner will be contacted, via email, directly from Mommy Fuel.  No purchase necessary.  Void where prohibited.  Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years or age or older.

Monthly Giveaway Official Rules and Responsibilities:  By entering you have agreed to opt-in for the monthly e-newsletter from Mommy Fuel.  The Winner of each Monthly Giveaway is solely responsible for all costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the prize. Mommy Fuel is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Mommy Fuel is not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Giveaway, or any inaccurate information being displayed in the Giveaway or becoming introduced into Giveaway databases or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of attempts, including data entered by entrants. The potential winner will be notified by email and will have seven (7) days to confirm receipt of email and eligibility to receive prize. Failure of winner to comply with the prize claim requirements for any reason, or, the return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable, or, the determination that the winner is ineligible to receive a prize, will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prize is not transferable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Allow up to 6 weeks for shipment of prize. The prize will be shipped to winner directly from the Monthly Giveaway Sponsors. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.
