kiss MS goodbye
My Mom was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in early 2000. Multiple sclerosis is a chronic, unpredictable disease of the central nervous system (the brain, optic nerves, and spinal cord). It is thought to be an autoimmune disorder. This means the immune system incorrectly attacks the person’s healthy tissue. While this terrible disease has, over the years, robbed my Mom of her independence (she is unable to drive, has trouble walking, is fatigued easily, has memory problems) it hasn’t taken away her determination and spirit. Raising money and awareness is important to help fund research and end this life-altering disease that afflicts approximately 400,000 Americans. Every week about 200 more people are diagnosed with MS. March 2-8 is National Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Week. To honor the cause, the cosmetics line, theBalm has created a limited edition version of their Overshadow Eye Shadow called KISS MS GOODBYE. This product is a 100% pure mineral, shimmery copper you apply over your eyeshadow that adds luster to your lid. theBalm will donate 25% of the proceeds from the sale of this limited edition Overshadow to the cause. Free shipping for standard domestic delivery. Look great and help others in need. Whether you support the MS fight for someone you know or someone you don’t, do it – just because.
